Dosimetry Badges and Radiation Monitoring Services

The NYS UCS Office of Court Administration, DCAJ-NYC Fiscal Office, is soliciting open market price quotes for the rental of dosimetry badges and the ongoing monitoring of radiation as described below, inclusive of all costs for delivery, pick-up of dosimetry badges on a quarterly basis (four times per year), charge for unreturned badges and the continuous online monitoring of radiation exposure.

Estimated total annual quantity of badges is anticipated to be 2491. The breakdown per ordering/delivery locations appears below.

The period of the awarded contract is expected to be 12/1/2024 – 11/30/2025. At its sole discretion, DCAJNYC Fiscal Office reserves the right to renew the contract for the period of one-year (12/01/2025 – 11/30/2026) at the same terms, conditions, and pricing. DCAJ-NYC Fiscal Office further reserves the right to extend the contract term at its sole discretion for an additional five-month (5-month) period (12/01/2026 – 04/31/2027) at same terms, conditions, and pricing, provided that the total amount of the contract does not exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).

Questions Vendors may have in connection with this RFQ solicitation are to be directed in writing by email only to the Designated Contact listed below. The deadline to submit questions is Thursday, October 24, 2024 . A written response to all submitted questions in the form of a Questions & Answers (Q&A) sheet will be issued to all Awarded Contractors shortly thereafter.
