The Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation (PATH) intends to establish a sole source contract with TOA Communications Systems, Inc, located in Moorestown, NJ, to provide the following:

TITLE: TRAIN CONDUCTOR PANELS FOR PATH PA-5 RAILCARS

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Port Authority/PATH is seeking to enter into a sole source purchase agreement with TOA Communications Systems, Inc. for train conductor panels. All materials and functionality must be compatible with existing parts and systems.
