Radiation Center Reactor Exhaust Replacement

Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive Invitation to Bid (ITB) process to retain one (1) Contractor to provide Construction Services for the Radiation Center Reactor Exhaust Replacement (the “Project”).

OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS ELECTRONICALLY - Bids are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE/SITE-VISIT - A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/Site-Visit will be held on January 9, 2025, at 9:30 AM PT with attendees meeting at the front entrance to the Radiation Center (3451 SW Jefferson Way, Corvallis, OR 97333).

All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu by the Question Deadline in order to be addressed. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.

NOTE: This project is partially funded by the US Department of Energy. As such, Federal Flow Down requirements are identified in Section 8.9. Included is the Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment which requires the completion and submission of the Certification Regarding Lobbying provided in Exhibit 1 by the Prime Contractor and subcontractors at all tiers. Certifications shall be submitted with the first Pay Application for the Prime Contractor with subcontractor certifications being included with Pay Applications when those subcontractors are to receive their initial payment. Prime Contractor is to ensure all certifications are submitted as part of the closeout process identified in Section 01 77 00 of the Specifications.
