Electric Division Office Alterations Phase 2

Project Description: The work per the contract documents, dated July 30, 2026, includes finish updates to existing office spaces and appurtenant improvements. In the Administrative Building, the men’s locker room entry is being reconfigured to optimize space within the adjacent crew breakroom, the crew breakroom is being updated to improve storage capacity and operational workflow, and the restroom and shower facilities are receiving minor updates. In the adjacent Storage Building, the existing restroom is being expanded to provide two single-occupant restrooms and a dedicated janitor’s closet.
The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $586,000.
The Project Completion Date is May 31, 2027.
