Description
The Burke County Sheriff's Office is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit bids from qualified vendors for the procurement of new GETAC S410 Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs). These MDTs will be used in patrol vehicles and by law enforcement personnel for critical communication, data access, and field-based reporting. The devices must be rugged, reliable, and configured to the exact specifications as outlined in attached documentation. The Burke County Sheriff's Office reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, and to negotiate with one or more vendors. Final contract award is contingent upon the successful negotiation of contract terms, including pricing and delivery schedule. Vendors are encouraged to provide the most competitive and comprehensive proposals.
