Improving Neighborhood Outcomes Park & Street Improvements

Sealed bids for construction of the Improving Neighborhood Outcomes City Park Renovation will be received until November 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the City of Abbeville City Hall, 215 South Depot Street, Abbeville, GA 31001, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work shall generally consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to construct the improvements depicted in the Construction Drawings titled as City Park Renovation and all other apptenances and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Specifications and Construction Drawings. More specifically, The work shall generally consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to construct the improvements depicted in the Construction Drawings titled as Improving Neighborhood Outcomes Park and Street Improvements and all other apptenances and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Specifications and Construction Drawings. More specifically, the work shall consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor to construct the sport courts, sidewalks, playground, lighting, fencing, parking lot, storm drainage, and any other items shown or

implied in the Construction Drawings. Time allotted for completion of work is 240 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. This project is funded in part or whole by Improving Neighborhood Outcomes in Disproportionately Impacted Communities (INODIC) Funds through the Governor¿s Office of Planning & Budget (OPB) State Fiscal Recovery Fund (SFRF) grant program.
