Description
The City of Douglasville (the ¿¿City¿¿ or ¿Owner¿) is seeking to add 1,801 sf of new construction onto the existing Police Department shop building for the use of motor vehicle repair. The shop expansion will also feature a 1,720-sf open vehicle storage shelter/pavilion intended to be used for RV and ATV storage.
