Description: Construction of a solar covered parking facility for Elmira Corning Regional Airport (ECRA). The solar power created by the solar panel array would be added to the ECRA electrical distribution system through new electrical distribution equipment installed as part of the recently completed terminal renovation. Bids are requested for the following Contract: ECRA Solar Canopy Carports. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents.
