Re: Extension of Bid Ref #2210
Date: January 9, 2026
Please be advised that we have accepted an extension of the current contract with Surpass Chemical Co. for
Sodium Hypochlorite for an additional one-year period as allowed in the original specifications. All current
terms and conditions will remain in effect, including the current price of $2.397 per gallon = the change in
the CPI Index. This is the third extension, and remains in effect from January 1, 2026, through December
31, 2026.
