The Goods must meet or exceed the following specifications:
- Semi-automatic
- Capacity: Minimum 4000 lbs. Dynamic.
- Load Size: Minimum 50” W x 50” L x 80” H
- Turntable: Minimum 56” Diameter with surround deck, 1-12 RPM with Soft Start acceleration, ½ HP AC Variable Speed drive motor.
- Film Carriage: 20” W. Capacity. ½ HP AC variable speed motor, film threading device, carriage descent safety shut off device.
- Control Features: Electronic controls with LCD operator interface with diagnostics, Power on/off /reset switch, Cycle Pause, Emergency Stop button, Film Cartridge, Selectable Film Tension parameters, automatic load height detection sensor. Turntable speed control.
- Structural: Formed Steel Construction
- Electrical: Power input 115V 1 Phase 60 Hz 15 Amp
- 10 volt, standard three prong plug
- Scale package: designed to fit as part of stretch wrapper machine
