Description


Sealed bids will be received by the City of Loganville until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Loganville City Hall, 4303 Lawrenceville Road, Loganville, GA 30052, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the Covington Street Stormwater Management Project. The City of Loganville is located in southwest Walton County and Gwinnett County.

Bids should be submitted to Brandon Phillips, Loganville Public Utilities Director, no later than 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 14, 2024. Submit bids at City Hall, 4303 Lawrenceville Road, Loganville, GA 30052. Any bids received after said time and date will not be considered by the City of Loganville. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and location. All bids will be evaluated by the City of Loganville and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 45 days of the bid opening.

Copies of documents and plans can be requested via email to Natalie Pifer, Precision Planning, Inc. at 861np@ppi.us. Questions regarding this request for bids should be emailed directly to Natalie Pifer, Precision Planning, Inc. at 861np@ppi.us no later than 2:00 P.M. Thursday, November 7, 2024.

The successful contractor must provide proof of workers compensation and liability insurance with the City of Loganville named as additional insured. The City of Loganville reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City.

A Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify must be submitted with each bid. This form must be notarized.

CONTRACTORS and SUBCONTRACTORS will be required to comply with all Federal, State, and local laws.
