RIVERSIDE WTP DEWATERING BUILDING COATINGS PROJECT - PHASE I
CITY OF GAINESVILLE, GEORGIA
The City of Gainesville is requesting proposals for the Riverside WTP Dewatering Building
Coatings Project. The work consists of the following major elements: coating of the dewatering
building 2nd floor press room walls, ceiling, piping, and conduit. Removal of inactive heaters,
various surface preparations, and repairs associated with completing the listed major elements.
Beginning on Monday, April 13, 2026, a copy of the request for proposal can be obtained, via
email, from the project manager at plee@gainesvillega.gov. A mandatory Pre-Proposal
Conference will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the Riverside
WTP conference room located at 2120 Riverside Drive Northeast, Gainesville, Georgia.
Proposals will be received at the Department of Water Resources Engineering and Construction
Services Division, 757 Queen City Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501, 1st Floor until 2:00 p.m.,
local time, Thursday, May 7, 2026.
