CITY OF GAINESVILLE, GEORGIA

The City of Gainesville is requesting proposals for the Riverside WTP Dewatering Building Coatings Project. The work consists of the following major elements: coating of the dewatering building 2nd floor press room walls, ceiling, piping, and conduit. Removal of inactive heaters, various surface preparations, and repairs associated with completing the listed major elements. Beginning on Monday, April 13, 2026, a copy of the request for proposal can be obtained, via email, from the project manager at

The City of Gainesville is requesting proposals for the Riverside WTP Dewatering Building
Coatings Project. The work consists of the following major elements: coating of the dewatering
