NOTICE OF PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE MEETING
CITY OF HAZELWOOD
Teson Road Resurfacing Project
Between Howdershell Road and Aubuchon Road
Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that a public open house meeting will be held in
the Arts & Crafts Room at the Hazelwood Community Center, located at 1186 Teson Road,
Hazelwood, MO 63042 on Thursday April 23, 2026, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. No formal presentation
will be made. Handicap access is available. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to
make comments concerning the design of the Teson Road Resurfacing Project. The proposed
project elements are as follows:
* Road resurfacing including road widening
* Drainage improvements
* Replacement of damaged sidewalk and curbs
* Pedestrian access improvements between Howdershell Road and Chatillon Estates Drive
* ADA improvements
* Safety improvements
* Temporary Construction Easement as indicated on the plans
* Right of Way as indicated on the plans
* Permanent Easements as indicated on the plans
Preliminary plans, maps, plats, environmental documentation, and other detailed information
prepared by the City of Hazelwood's engineering consultant (CDG Engineers) will be available at
the public meeting and are also available for public viewing and copying at Hazelwood City Hall.
Tentative schedules for right of way acquisition and construction will be discussed at the open
house-style format.
