Neglected Properties Remediation Service
The Town of Stratford is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide remediation services for neglected residential and commercial properties. Services will be requested per an as-needed basis for grounds maintenance and site clean-up where properties may have become overgrown and inaccessible, including removal and proper disposal of grass clippings, leaves, mulch and branches. Removal and proper disposal of household items and junk. Construction, remodeling, demolition or the handling and disposal of any hazardous material, will not be required as part of this contract. ***DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS ELECTRONICALLY***
