The City of Westfield is seeking proposals for “On-Call” Architectural Design Services for several miscellaneous city and or school capital improvements project. Services will be effective November 1, 2025, through October 31, 2028.
The selected firms shall have demonstrated previous experience in providing specified services to Massachusetts municipal governments. A complete RFQ may be obtained, without charge, by contacting the Purchasing Department, 413-572-6254 or
