Description
Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a 10 year succeeding lease (5 years firm/5 years soft term) using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the VA Los Angeles Vet Center (Gardena, CA). The original lease will expire on November 30, 2025. The Government would be interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and that otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The cost of moving, alterations, and other factors will be considered when determining whether to relocate.

Minimum Square Feet (ABOA) – 3,142 ABOA SF/4,242 RSF
Maximum Square Feet: 4,242 RSF
Structured parking spaces: 10
Suface parking spaces: 10
Delineated Areas: South – San Diego Freeway I-405 / E Victoria Street East – Central Avenue North – Glenn Anderson Freeway I-105 West – Crenshaw Boulevard.
This is a full-service lease. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Interested parties should send expressions of interest to:
