Notes	The City of Warner Robins (hereinafter "City") is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Landscape Maintenance of Overpass Areas to be placed on an Annual Contract. The initial contract term will be effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026; with two (2) one (1) year options to renew. To be considered a responsive bidder, bidders must review and submit a copy of all bid a ffidavits (attachments #1-5) and a valid business license issued by its home jurisdiction. Bidders must comply and follow the Scope of Services for Landscape Maintenance of Overpass Areas (see Bid Attachment #6) Bidders are required to visit each site before bidding. See Bid Attachment #7 for Aerial Photographs of Overpass Areas. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence and maintain in full force and effect for the duration of this Contract and any subsequent extensions to the City that they and any subcontractors carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with the State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: Commercial General Liability: 1 Million/ 2 Million Comprehensive Vehicle Liability: 1 Million Umbrella Liability: 1 Million (minimum) Workers Compensation: Statutory (only with 3+ employees) The awarded bidder must provide proof of insurance within 10 days of bid award. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room at City Hall on Thursday April 24, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. (ET). All questions must be submitted through the IonWave bidding system by Thursday May 01, 2025, on or before 2:00 P.M. (ET). Each prospective bidder must upload and submit with their bid all required documents (all bid Affidavits and a valid business license ) through the City's IonWave electronic bidding system by the designated date and time of Thursday May 8, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. (ET). Prospective bidders must acknowledge and accept all bid attributes. Submission of a bid shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms, conditions and addenda. Nothing in this solicitation shall be interpreted as relieving the contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractor's responsibility to verify measurements and request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. Submission of a bid shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms, conditions, scope of work/services, and addenda to this solicitation. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
