Invitations and Requests posted to JAGGAER, you must first create an online account. To create an account, or

to log in using an existing account, go to the University of Houston Supplier Portal. Bid & RFP opportunities can

be found at the following links:

Jaggaer Sourcing Event Portal - Any solicitations found within the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal must be

submitted through this link. The event portal will include all up to date information and documents related to

this solicitation.

Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD)/State of Texas Bid Portal - This portal includes reference documents

related to bids, however, responses to bids will only be accepted via Jaggaer.

To locate university solicitations on the ESBD: Search Agency/Texas SmartBuy Member Name, select University

of Houston – 730. Under Status, select Posted and click search to get a list of active University of Houston

projects.
