Additional brand name SAP licenses: PPS, BTP SAP Work Zone, and BW/4 must be issued via in-scope modification to the incumbent, Advantage Solutions Inc. (ASI), because the agency’s need for the SAP licenses is so urgent that providing a fair opportunity among all ESI holders for SAP services would result in unacceptable delays in the migration efforts that are currently on a strict timeline.
