1. REQUEST FOR BIDS

Ozaukee County requests sealed bids from qualified firms for the construction of a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) at the County-Owned Lasata Senior Living Campus in Cedarburg, WI.

Bids must be submitted to Ozaukee County in the County Clerk’s Office, at 121 W Main Street, Port Washington, WI, no later than 2:00pm CST on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.  Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Lasata Senior Living Campus – New CBRF”.  No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted and there is not an option to submit bids online.

There is an opportunity to visit the project site prior to bid submission. Site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 31, 2025 @ 2:00pm CST, at W76N677 Wauwatosa Rd, Cedarburg, WI, 53012. This is an opportunity to see the project site, the site conditions, and to take measurements for this project. Site visits are optional, this is NOT mandatory.
