This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Sole Source Procurement Method, Section 3-05 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules . The vendor has been selected by the Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) as the only vendor capable of providing the required maintenance and support services for the equipment listed herein.

The Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is seeking services from Canon Medical Systems for the provision of maintenance and support services for three (3) Aquilion Exceed Large Bore CT Scanner systems located at OCME’s Forensic Pathology Centers in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.
The services include preventive maintenance, remedial repair services, parts replacement, technical support, labor, and travel in accordance with the terms of the service agreement.

The anticipated term of this agreement is July 1 , 2026 through Jun 30, 2032. The total contract value shall not exceed $2,012,040.00.
