Synopsis:
|

Request for PreQualification (Emergency Response Exercise Consultant)
Scope of Work: SaskEnergy requires expertise to assist with the execution of functional and full-scale emergency response exercises and associated training. The Consultant will undertake all aspects of project management, design and execution of functional and full-scale natural gas transmission pipeline emergency response exercises for a Canada Energy Regulator regulated pipeline, to be conducted between 2026 and 2028 (one exercise annually). The focus of these exercises will be centered on response to a natural gas pipeline interruption, establish incident command and controlling the flow of natural gas. The successful Proponent will report to the Emergency Management Specialist but is expected to engage with and lead a number of subject matter experts within SaskEnergy.
