Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for Broadcast System and Audio Video Infrastructure . Please refer to RFP #26-971 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST .  You must be registered as a vendor in OpenGov to access the Microsoft Teams meeting link, or contact the buyer, Brian Stieg, at BStieg@Frederickcountymd.gov. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 127 274 54# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date: September 15, 2026, by 3:00 PM EST. Proposals must be submitted electronically via OpenGov.
Proposals will be opened via Conference Call. Dial: 866-818-0460, Participant Login: 7070570#.  No late proposals will be accepted.
