REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 7 FACILITY CONDITIONS ASSESSMENT

Northwestern Regional School District #7 (District) is accepting proposals from qualified consultants for a facility condition analysis for its middle school and high school campus located at 100 Battistoni Drive, Winsted, CT 06098. The consultant will provide a comprehensive assessment of the listed facilities as a planning tool for future facility upgrades based on relative need and cost effectiveness. Responding firms shall assemble teams adequately experienced in similar work and must illustrate their team’s qualifications as a component of their response. Sealed proposals will be accepted at the offices of James Gaskins, Director of Finance & Operations, until the proposal deadline of January 28, 2026, at 10:00 Eastern time. Late proposals will be rejected. Proposals will be opened and recorded.
