Ticketing and Event Management Solution

The City of Prince Albert (COPA) is seeking bidders to replace our existing Ticketing and Event Management System used to support the EA Rawlinson Centre for the Arts, and potentially other future COPA facilities. The City seeks to implement a comprehensive solution that will automate the selection and sale of tickets, financial control, and reports of the application from beginning to end. It would be preferred this system could also manage rentals and booking of meeting rooms and spaces, inventory, and sale of items.

The City requires a capable and qualified Bidder that can supply, support, and successfully implement a scalable and adaptable platform that will meet the present and future needs of the City. The City is looking for a 3 to 5 year term – please complete the pricing for 5 years.

The purpose of this request is to provide (i) interested Companies with the opportunity to discuss becoming a vendor to the City of Prince Albert; and (ii) instructions, specifications, and processes to be used in responding to this request. We believe there are significant opportunities to be gained by utilizing experienced professionals to provide this capability.

The City of Prince Albert intends to utilize this request to determine which vendor will be invited to participate in online demonstrations and/or further discussions and negotiations. The City anticipates scheduling a demonstration with the vendors that make the short list between Nov.20 and Dec.4, 2024.
