The EAA seeks a qualified Contractor to drill a horizontal borehole at the EAA’s Field Research Park site located at 23844 Cibolo Vista, San Antonio, Texas 78261. The borehole will provide long-term access for subsurface water content monitoring using a neutron probe as part of a broader infiltration study. This is an exploratory project without close precedent in the region. As such, the Contractor shall be prepared to accommodate experimental methods and to collaborate closely with EAA technical staff.
