Description:

The City of Gahanna is seeking a contract with a professional services team for the Construction Administration and Inspection of renovations at Academy Park.  The improvements planned at Academy Park include but are not limited to, demolition of the existing shelterhouse, construction of a new shelterhouse, demolition of the existing playground, construction of a new playground, expansion of the parking lot, significant improvements to the existing parking lot including enhanced stormwater infrastructure, paving improvements including both milling and full depth replacement, the inclusion of parking lot lights and electric vehicle chargers, new dumpster pad and enclosure, construction of a new permanent stormwater feature, repair of basketball courts, multi-use trail and sidewalk improvements, accessibility improvements, and upgraded utilities including water, sanitary, cable, and electric. The completed project will be owned and operated by the GPRD.
