he City of Chesapeake (Owner) plans to build a new public safety training academy that includes one gas-fired live fire training structure (Drill Tower) and three mobile outdoor gas-fueled trainers. The City of Chesapeake is seeking Proposals with Pricing for providing all materials, labor, supervision, staff, equipment, and related services for the complete provision, installation, testing, start-up, and training of the gas-fueled live fire training systems (as defined by NFPA 1402, also referred to in this document as gas fueled trainers or fire trainers) in the new drill tower plus the outdoor gas-fueled trainers.
