Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division, Middle East District (SWM) has a requirement to solicit and award a total small business set-aside supply contract, directly supporting the Egyptian Naval Armament Department (ENAD). Please refer to the attached solicitation W912ER26RA027, and Attachment A. All inquires shall be submitted through ProjNet during the solicitation period. Proposals are due no later than May 21, 2026, 10:00AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). In accordance with Section 42(c) of the Arms Export Control Act, as amended (22 USC �2791(c)), the Foreign Military Financing funds made available for this procurement may not be used to award to other than a United States firm. Offers from other than United States firms are ineligible for award. All proposals shall be submitted through the Procurement Integrated Environment Enterprise (PIEE).
