The City of New York Administration for Children's Services (“ACS”) seeks a responsible vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform laundry cleaning services for the Nicholas Scoppetta Children’s Center, two (2) secure detention facilities, the Horizon Juvenile Center and the Crossroads Juvenile Center, and other locations as may be identified by ACS.
Anticipated Contract Term
The Pre-Bid Conference for the CSB will be held via Webex. Attending the Pre-Bid conference is not mandatory. However, bidders are encouraged to participate. See PASSPort for the most up to date information on date and time. Bid Opening The Bid Opening for the CSB will be held via Webex. See PASSPort for the most up to date information on date and time. Use of PASSPort Bids only will be accepted through PASSPort. If you do not have a PASSPort account, please visit www.nyc.gov/passport to get started. Questions regarding this CSB must be transmitted in writing to the Agency at LaundryServicesCSB@acs.nyc.gov . Substantive information/responses to questions received will be released in an addendum to the CSB. ACS cannot guarantee a timely response to written questions regarding this CSB that are received less than one week prior to the bid closing date. Please submit your bid responses by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses Tab.
