NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed statements of qualifications and performance will be received by Purchasing in the Administrative Services Finance office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham, WA 98225 for the following:

Consultant Scoping Services for Elevator Upgrades

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, April 14, 2026

At which time and place responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters identified. All interested persons are invited to watch the virtual opening. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County AS-Facilities Management requests responses from a qualified individual or firm to provide scoping consultation for elevator upgrades.

A recommended site visit will be held at the project site, and is scheduled for 9:00 AM, Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
