Request for Proposal
Purpose:
PP&S aims to implement a future-ready technology ecosystem that maximizes efficiencies in Facilities, Real Estate, Construction, and OH&S operations, pushes innovation boundaries, and is agile to industry trends. Several legacy systems in the PP&S technology stack are nearing lifecycle replacement. These decentralized, isolated systems result in inefficiencies, including manual workflows and operational redundancies.
The new ecosystem will address these issues by enhancing systems integration (both within PP&S and across ATB), enabling automation and advancing technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence), and introducing advanced functionality to create a cohesive technology stack that improves operations and team interoperability. This will elevate PP&S operations and ability to deliver exceptional client and team member experiences and focus on more strategic and value-added efforts.
The PP&S Technology Ecosystem Roadmap—alongside four interconnected RFPs to be executed between Q4 2024 and Q2 2025—aims to align PP&S data and technology infrastructure. This roadmap will offer both short-term (1-3 years) and long-term strategic blueprints for new technology solutions that impact multiple PP&S teams and integrate with solutions across PP&S and the larger ATB enterprise technology stack. It will also require technical support from the Client Experience and Technology (CXT) team.
