Request for Proposal
Job Placement projects aim to help individuals locate and obtain jobs. They connect individuals who are ready and capable to work with employers needing to fill jobs. JP Services are designed to support individuals to enter and re-enter the workforce as quickly as possible and to develop the job search skills needed for effective labour market transitions now and in the future.
For clarity, this RFP is a Contract selection process and is not intended to be considered a solicitation pursuant to Alberta Government’s Procurement and Sole Sourcing Directive or other trade agreement obligations. This RFP serves to provide contract funding to entities that align with the goal and intent of this initiative as determined at the discretion of the Province.
Proponents are invited to submit proposals for the provision of Job Placement Services for Newcomers in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set out in this RFP.
Proponents are advised to pay careful attention to the wording used throughout this RFP. Failure to satisfy any term, condition or requirement of this RFP may result in rejection of the Proposal.
One contracts may be awarded as part of this RFP.
All questions and any form of communication between the Proponents and the Province in relation to this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract and Procurement Specialist: isolde.clarkson@gov.ab.ca, quoting the RFP number (as identified on the front page of the RFP) by December 13, 2024. Questions received after this time will be answered at the discretion of the Province. All questions and responses will be documented and will be posted on the APC website. Proposals must be submitted to the Province electronically, via email, in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format by the RFP Closing Date and Time to the following email address: PRMNorth.RFP-Proposals@gov.ab.ca.
