A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on April 15, 2025 @ 9:00 AM. Interested bidders shall meet at City View Towers located at 657 Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA. 01854. Please ensure you have licensed personnel in attendance for restricted areas. The Contractor shall not be relieved from assuming all responsibility for properly estimating the difficulties and the cost of performing the services required with this IFB because of failure to investigate the conditions or become acquainted with all the information concerning the services to be performed.
The purpose of this agreement is to state and define the terms and conditions under which the Contractor shall provide full comprehensive maintenance and repair services for vertical transportation systems identified, and the terms and conditions under which the Purchaser shall compensate the Contractor for such services rendered.
