The Town of Dennis is accepting bids for road construction services for the construction of roads at various locations as needed on an on-call basis. Work shall include: furnishing all labor, equipment and material necessary for constructing roads. The contract is for one (1) year with an option for the town to renew the contract up to an additional one year.

Plans and specifications will be available on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, on the town procurement webpage.

MassDOT prequalifications of contractors with the class of work as, Highway-Construction, for the project with and estimated value of $1,662,890.00 will be required. Bidders must be on Mass DOT's list of prequalified bidders. Bids received from bidders not prequalified by MassDOT will be declared invalid.
