Project Description: Projects at Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and MSP campus outbuildings include demolition, curtainwall replacements, doors, door hardware, masonry, finish improvements, painting, pest control, signage updates, exterior sun shading repairs, gutter repair, interior leak control, and sealant work. Mechanically, includes trench drain replacement, bottle filler replacements, exhaust fan replacement, condensate pump replacement, heating pump improvements, finned tube radiation improvements, relief valve and expansion tank improvements, and MAU replacement. Electrically, includes lighting replacements, and disconnect/reconnections for various other items. Abatement of hazardous materials
