Description

Our Children Our Way Society (OCOW) is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified system developers interested in entering into a collaborative partnership to co-develop and co-own a data and case management system for Indigenous child and family well-being services. This EOI is intended to identify values-aligned organizations with relevant technical, sectoral, and Indigenous partnership experience who are interested in a shared governance, shared decision-making, and shared stewardship model. This is not a procurement or contract award process, but a market-sounding and relationship-building step to explore potential long-term partnerships grounded in Indigenous data sovereignty, OCAPĀ® principles, and sustainable co-ownership.
