1.1 The City of Upper Arlington seeks submissions from qualified firms to provide Design Professional Services for this project as identified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). This project requires provision of drawings and specifications for the design of the removal of existing pool finishes and replacement with new pool finishes at the main pool and diving well at the Devon Pool complex.
