Project Description: The City of Norwalk is requesting proposals for a consultant to lead and develop a Safety Action Plan (SAP) for the City of Norwalk. This SAP is a grant-funded project through the Federal Safe Streets and Roads for All grant program. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
