Floor Conference Room, Sallisaw, Oklahoma, at 10:00 am, Friday, August 29, 2025, Bids will be accepted by the City Clerk during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bid is received by the time and date specified. Any bids received after the time set for opening will be returned unopened. Bids shall be sealed in an envelope with the words “SEALED BID; “ DRAKE PRAIRIE ESTATES - SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS ” on the front of the envelope.
