The Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG) seeks a consultant to lead its housing storytelling campaign as part of Phase 2 of its regional housing strategy, At Home in Greater Lowell. Building on the At Home in Greater Lowell Part 1: Data and Strategies report, which outlines data, goals, and strategies, this initiative will bring those strategies to life by documenting and sharing personal stories of housing challenges and successes.
This project should build community awareness of housing issues and solutions by amplifying firsthand experiences and acknowledging unequal housing access. NMCOG is seeking consultant recommendations on best practices for reaching various audiences with campaign materials.
