Aerial Photography Digital Ortho

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Digital Orthophotography Servicesas further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The City is situated in the Central Okanagan region of British Columbia and has a project boundary that covers 23,600 hectares, including 1000 hectares of the West Bank First Nations Reserve (the WFN) land, which is part of the Services scope. The City seeks to obtain aerial photography and digital orthophotography for the City and WFN (the Participants) along with updated DEM and 2-meter contours. Additionally, the City intends to update their 3D building outline data.
The participants' DEM from the previous “Orthophoto Project” completed in 2023 will be supplied. The City's DEM can be accessed from the City’s GIS Data sharing website at:

The data will be utilized and viewed as part of the GIS System for each participant.
