Gull Lake Middle School Clock System Upgrade

Gull Lake Community Schools (GLCS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace the existing DC Digital Clock System at Gull Lake Middle School. The objective is to implement a modern, synchronized digital clock system throughout the facility to ensure accurate timekeeping in classrooms, hallways, and common areas. To be completed by 08/21/2026

The selected vendor shall provide a turnkey solution including all equipment, cabling, labor, and configuration. Master Clock/Transmitter: Provide and install one (1) master clock/transmitter (minimum 1-watt) with an external or rack-mounted antenna. Classroom Clocks: Provide and install approximately fifty-seven (57) red LED digital clocks (2.5-inch, 4-digit). Hallway/Gym Clocks: Provide and install approximately thirty-four (34) to thirty-six (36) red LED digital clocks (4-inch, 4-digit). Hallway clocks must be configured as dual-faced units with appropriate ceiling or wall-mount pendant brackets. Protection: Provide polycarbonate clock guards/cages for gym locations. C. Infrastructure & Power Cabling: Provide and install approximately 6,000 feet of 16 AWG 2-conductor unshielded plenum-rated cable. Power Supplies: Provide and install four (4) 24VAC power supplies/transformers to support the system. Support: Utilize tile bridges for ceiling-mounted corridor clocks to ensure structural integrity.
