Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Interested contractors are reminded that in accordance with RFO 4.203, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, RFO 4.203 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database.
