TRU Respiratory Therapy Annex Construction

Thompson Rivers University invites the submission of bids for the project of General Contractor Services for TRU Respiratory Therapy Annex Construction. The Project consists of all Work identified or implied by the drawings and specifications but is not limited to: 1.  Interior tenant improvement of an existing commercial lease unit at Sahali Mall to include three general-use labs, two high-fidelity simulation labs, two debrief/meeting rooms, and other associated support spaces. 2.  Interior construction, including gypsum partitions, ceilings, doors, interior glazing, and finishing (paint, flooring, etc) 3.  All associated mechanical and electrical work (refer to mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications). Please note that sub-contractor limitations apply in accordance with the base building landlord’s requirements. 4.  Minor exterior work at the suite’s exterior entrance.
