Description
BDC invites firms looking for resources that work in the legal services field to submit a Tender in order to receive certain research mandates and pre-selection of potential candidates to be hired permanently or temporarily. Following this Call for Tenders, BDC wishes to enter into a service agreement with a term of five (5) years and eight (8) months, ending December 19, 2030.
BDC will not accept any partial offer and Bidders must cover all the required services in their Tenders. Tenders that do not meet the mandatory requirements and the majority of other stated requirements will be disqualified.
Mandatory Requirements
1. The Bidder has at least five (5) years of specialized recruiting experience in the legal services industry.
2. The Bidder must confirm that its company and its team can provide services in Canada’s two official languages (English and French).
3. The Bidder must confirm that it can provide services between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday, Eastern time (UTC-5).
