Project Description: Uintah County is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified engineering firms with
demonstrated experience in professional engineering, site design, structural engineering, civil
engineering, and related services for building and site development projects. Firms must employ a Utah-licensed Professional Engineer.
The purpose of this RFQ is to identify and select a firm capable of providing comprehensive engineering
services for the duration of the project, from the development of engineered plans through construction
completion. Uintah County reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualification
Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting
Attendance at the on-site meeting on December 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Vernal Memorial
Park, 1750 South 500 East, Vernal, Utah.
