The City of Des Moines Facilities Management Division and the Des Moines Public Library are solicitating sealed bids from qualified companies for the cleaning of exterior and/or interior windows at several City properties per the terms, conditions, and specifications of this Request for quote.
Responses will be accepted through this electronic bidding system by the close date and time listed. Faxed, emailed, mailed or hand delivered responses will not be accepted.
NOTE: Window cleaning specifications have been clarified for 1200 Locust Street, and a revision has been made to the language in the "Attributes" tab #14.
You MUST resubmit a new bid in order to be considered for award, since this is a rebid.
