| Description: | The permanent conversion of three (3) existing tennis courts at Sanderford Road Park and two (2) of the three (3) existing tennis courts at Carolina Pines Park into dedicated pickleball courts. The selected contractor (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") shall be responsible for all aspects of the conversion, including but not limited to, site preparation, surface modification, line striping, fence and net installation, and all associated improvements necessary to ensure the courts meet or exceed USA Pickleball (USAP) professional standards and provide a high-quality playing experience. The Contractor shall execute all work in strict accordance with the specifications and proposed site plans set forth in this contract. Upon completion, the Contractor shall provide the City with a five (5) year warranty covering all work, materials, and equipment, which shall commence on the date of City's formal approval of the completed installation. This warranty shall cover any defects in materials or workmanship and shall include provisions for repair or replacement, as necessary, during the warranty period. |

Description
